Return Policy – Sufi Crystals

Due to the unique, fragile, and natural nature of crystals, minerals, and handmade spiritual items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and shipped.

Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, photos, and details carefully before purchasing, as each crystal is one-of-a-kind and may contain natural variations, inclusions, textures, and imperfections formed by nature.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at suficrystals@gmail.com with clear photos of the packaging and item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
All crystal sales, custom orders, special orders, sale items, gift cards, and spiritually cleansed or energetically prepared items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping Issues
Sufi Crystals is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect addresses entered by the customer. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped into the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel their order within 14 days in accordance with local consumer protection laws. However, this may not apply to customized, made-to-order, or spiritually prepared items.
